Placing an order via WhatsApp is a request to buy; an order is confirmed only once we reply confirming availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or details can’t be verified.
All products are part of limited drops and are sold while stock lasts, with no guaranteed restock.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only.
We try to keep prices and product details accurate but may correct errors at any time.
Garment colours may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings. Sizing is best-effort — please check the size guide before ordering, as our fit is oversized.
Everything that makes up OTTACU is our intellectual property: the brand name and word-mark “OTTACU”, the ensō mark, our logos, the original ink and brush artwork and every design in each drop, product names and descriptions, photography, and the text, layout, and code of this website. These are owned by OTTACU or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable law.
You may not copy, reproduce, scan, trace, modify, adapt, distribute, republish, upload, sell, or otherwise commercially use any of our designs or content — in whole or in part, in any medium — without our prior written permission. This includes reproducing a design on your own garments or listings, and scraping or extracting site content by automated means. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
