  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The item was damaged during delivery

Return Request Process

• To request a return, please email ottacuwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

• Returns for size-related issues are not accepted at this time

• If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
