OTTACU pieces are produced in limited numbers, so our policy is built around size exchanges rather than returns. Please read before ordering.
If your piece doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size in the same design, subject to availability.
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@ottacu.com with your order details and the size you need.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with any tags intact and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be exchanged.
As our drops are limited, we do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are for size only, within the same design and price.
If your requested size is sold out, we’ll work with you on an alternative.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email hello@ottacu.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
This is separate from size exchanges and is always covered.
For size exchanges, return shipping is arranged with you over email. For our errors or defective items, we cover all shipping.
