When you place an order, you share your name, delivery address, pincode, and phone number with us via WhatsApp. If you join our drop-alert list, we collect your email address.
Our website stores your cart in your own browser (local storage) so it isn’t lost between pages. We do not collect payment-card details, since orders are Cash on Delivery.
We use your details only to confirm, pack, ship, and deliver your order, to handle exchanges, and — if you opted in — to notify you about new drops.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share your delivery details only with our courier partners to fulfil your order, and with WhatsApp/Meta as the platform you message us through. Our website is hosted by Netlify.
These partners process data under their own privacy terms.
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from drop alerts, at any time by emailing hello@ottacu.com.
We keep order information only as long as needed for our records and applicable law.
The site uses minimal browser storage for cart functionality. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this page.
