We ship OTTACU pieces across India. Here's exactly what to expect once you place a cash-on-delivery order through WhatsApp.
Once you place your order, it reaches us with your selected pieces and sizes. We confirm your size, full delivery address, and pincode before dispatch.
Because every piece is part of a limited drop, we confirm stock at this step. If something has sold out, we’ll tell you right away.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation and typically arrive in 3–5 business days across India, depending on your location.
Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pincodes may take a little longer. We’ll share tracking once your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. Orders below that carry a small flat shipping fee of ₹79, shown in your cart before you confirm.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
We may confirm large or repeat COD orders with a quick email to reduce failed deliveries.
If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will usually retry. Please ensure the phone number you share is reachable.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or regional disruptions are outside our control, but we’ll always help you track and resolve them — just message us.
